How we use your donations.

We started in 2023 and don't have years of audits yet—so we share everything we can now. Here is what we can share today.

Organization details

The basics.

  • Registered 501(c)(3) public charity. EIN: 93-4943678.
  • All donations are tax-deductible under U.S. law.
  • Founded in 2023. Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX.
  • Operations in Dhading district, Nepal.
  • Volunteer board of four members. No paid staff in the U.S.

Our IRS determination letter is available on request. Email us and we’ll send it within 24 hours.

How funds move

From donation to student.

  1. You donate via PayPal, Venmo, or by mail.
  2. The board reviews and approves each disbursement.
  3. Funds are transferred to our program lead in Nepal.
  4. Goma coordinates with headteachers to pay fees, purchase devices, or fund mentor stipends.
  5. Donors receive a receipt and a term-end update showing where funds went.

An honest note

What we’re still building.

Four volunteers started this in 2023. We haven't been audited yet and our oldest scholars are still in school, so we don't have graduation numbers. As results come in, we will publish them here and in our annual reports. If you have questions about anything—our finances, our programs, our plans—please reach out directly. We would rather answer a hard question than leave you guessing.
